You'll work alongside a dynamic team that embodies customer experience principles and philosophy, maintaining a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to the customer according to established operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
To succeed in this role, you'll possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, and have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
