The Paper Store is a premier destination for gift-giving needs, committed to sharing its passion with customers through exceptional service and selection.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world-class service, achieve sales goals, and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with a unique shopping experience by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach.
  • Process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and consistently delivering World Class Service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
