  • Engage with a diverse range of vendors.
  • Process Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions.
  • Participate in weekly status update meetings.
  • Assist with logistics for outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.
  • This position requires on-site presence.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

Education Requirement:

A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a dynamic procurement setting is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
  • Prior purchasing experience is preferred.

Security Clearance:

Candidate must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
