Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages, assisting in the diagnosis of patient illness, and providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI Examinations: Conduct MRI diagnostic imaging procedures on patients, adhering to department procedures and protocols.
  • Record and Evaluate Test Results: Locate and record internal elements of the body, identifying any anomalies indicative of disease, injury, or other medically significant conditions.
  • Patient Care and Safety: Monitor patients for potentially dangerous physical and emotional changes, adjusting equipment and calming patients to eliminate test artifacts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Review test results with peers and physicians, informing them of preliminary findings as requested.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient charts, enter diagnosis and billing codes, log data into patient information systems, and update file systems for tests performed.
Requirements
  • Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2 years of MRI clinical experience is required.
  • Siemens Equipment Experience: Experience with Siemens equipment is mandatory.
  • License and Certification: A valid ARRT license, registered in MRI, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with client personnel and team members.
  • Flexibility and Reliability: The ability to work in an autonomous, responsible, professional, and ethical manner is essential.
