- Review regional field plan to evaluate application acquisition efforts and return on investment.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including school fairs, open houses, information sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and educational partners to expand recruitment networks.
- Build awareness in the community by participating in grassroots outreach tactics, including canvassing door-to-door and around the neighborhood.
- Ensure the team has collateral, swag, and resources needed for recruitment in the field.
- Build a strong and diverse team with an inclusive culture that brings out each team member's strengths and ignites actions.
- Manage and develop others toward excellence in their role and with an eye toward their long-term development.
- Responsible for observing and providing real-time feedback to managers and recruiters in the field.
- Establishes ongoing, regular cadence to facilitate collaboration, training and support of the team.
- Progress monitors the execution of responsibilities of the team in order to drive operational excellence.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of student acquisition and experience.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on persistence, trends, and projections for senior leadership, school board members, and other stakeholders.
