ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through engaging in-store product demonstrations and events.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales through effective suggestive selling techniques.
  • Interact with customers to cultivate an enjoyable shopping atmosphere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-store demonstrations for both food and non-food items.
  • Acquire knowledge about the products and communicate their features effectively to customers.
  • Prepare and serve food samples utilizing various kitchen appliances.
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace at all times.
  • Collaborate with store staff to meet sales objectives.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience: A high school diploma is preferred.

Certificates/Licenses: Food Safety Certificate is required.

Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items, and work in a retail setting.

Work Environment: Retail store atmosphere with occasional travel required.
