Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Guest Room Preparation: Prepare guest rooms for arrival, including restocking amenities and ensuring that all necessary items are available.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with hotel staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Safety and Security: Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent time-management skills, prioritizing and completing assigned job tasks effectively; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work effectively independently with minimal supervision.
