Job Overview
">The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join their team in the College of Sustainment and Product. As a key member of this organization, you will be responsible for collecting, refining, and achieving high-quality training within budget guidelines to achieve a positive return on investment.

- You will ensure college metrics and course evaluation data reflect the goals of the college by analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas in need of improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps.">
- You will work closely with other competencies to reduce redundancy of training activities and achieve standardization, quality, and consistency across the Command.">
- You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to acquire necessary information to develop, deploy, and maintain effective training materials.">
- You will conduct gap analysis and analyze data to identify areas in need of training, and develop and implement plans to address these gaps.">
- You will employ tools and methods of data gathering consistent with command initiatives to ensure all areas of technical authority have sufficient training for both internal and external students at various levels of proficiency.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band (NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
">Your resume must demonstrate your ability to define, recommend, develop, document, and implement college policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines to effectively support and train the sustainment workforce at a national level.
">You must also be able to develop, recommend, and implement new initiatives in support of the college and its workforce development goals, as well as establish and implement review processes to ensure technical accuracy of all training materials.
">Salary and Benefits
">This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
">In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
