Non-Gaming Revenue Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is accountable for the monthly reconciliation and posting of all non-gaming revenue across various properties. The supervisor will oversee daily reconciliation processes, collaborate with management to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and assist guests with any accounting-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training to auditors to enhance their auditing skills;
- Support Non-Gaming Auditors as necessary;
- Review and post all Non-Gaming month-end reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for external audits;
- Generate daily financial reports;
- Coordinate with Ski Apache for financial payment preparations;
- Investigate and resolve guest credit card disputes;
- Report discrepancies to management for further review;
- Comply with all regulatory, resort, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, including the Casino Internal Control Structure;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a gaming license;
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee, train, and mentor Non-Gaming Auditors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED);
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in accounting and/or auditing;
Proficient understanding of Revenue Audit Procedures and Policies;
Skilled in Excel and word processing software;
Able to navigate online banking systems; detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills for customer relations and staff interactions. Familiarity with Infogenesis, Visual One, Siriusware, EZ Suite, UKG, and Infinium is advantageous.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening;
Must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check;
Demonstrated reliability is essential;
Preference will be given to Mescalero Apache Tribal members; bicultural experience is a plus.

Occasionally, the team member will need to use hands for tasks such as handling or feeling, and must be able to communicate verbally and audibly while operating a computer. The team member may need to walk to different areas of the premises, which may involve negotiating stairs. Occasionally, the team member must lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
