The responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and collaborating with CLM, coverage, risk, and product teams to identify and execute opportunities for client acquisition, cross-sell, and scale replication of solutions.
- Developing and training coverage bankers, sharpening insights, ensuring high-quality relationship plans, and coordinating marketing/client events.
- Staying up-to-date on internal and external market themes impacting industry growth, holding the pen to ensure discipline in escalation, and prioritizing development of applicable solutions in partnership with Country Industry teams, product, marketing, and risk partners.
This role requires a strong track record of success in banking and financial services, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate sound credit skills, stay abreast of industry market trends, and exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $157,040 - $235,560 per year, depending on location and experience
