Position Overview

As the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor at Anthony's Villa, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of MST therapists in delivering exceptional, community-oriented therapeutic services to adolescents and their families. This role emphasizes the supervision of clinical practices, ensuring compliance with MST protocols, enhancing team effectiveness, and upholding the highest standards of clinical service delivery.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing a team of 4 MST Therapists across multiple counties, with potential for future expansion to include an additional team.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Clinical Oversight: Provide continuous supervision, direction, and support to MST therapists, ensuring that clinical interventions are executed proficiently and in alignment with MST standards.
  • Team Development: Inspire, cultivate, and guide a team of therapists through regular training, performance evaluations, and team-building initiatives.
  • Quality Control: Assess and improve the quality of clinical services through thorough evaluations, adherence to treatment fidelity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Community Collaboration: Establish and maintain robust partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote collaborative efforts.
  • Program Management: Oversee the administration of the MST program, including budget oversight, resource distribution, and strategic planning.
  • Therapeutic Leadership: Advocate for and exemplify advanced therapeutic practices among team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Crisis Intervention: Offer expert guidance in managing high-risk cases and crisis situations, ensuring appropriate therapeutic responses and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must hold an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S license in the state of Ohio.
  • Educational Credentials: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in supervising clinical therapy for youth and families, with extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models and interventions.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and developing clinical teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to manage complex clinical operations.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, as this role requires frequent travel to various community settings.
