CSL Plasma offers a competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year for this full-time position.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting a series of registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
- You will assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, which includes assessing self-administered health history, answering basic medical questions, and performing health screening procedures.
- You may educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma, explaining the screening process, health screening tests, and appointment system.
- You will maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction by a donor during or after the pheresis process and notify appropriate staff.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position. You must be able to perform basic math calculations and understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
