We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with surgical procedures, including preparation and recovery of patients
  • Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and other medical procedures as needed
  • Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history
  • Assist with radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory work
  • Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients and their families
Requirements
  • Current California RVT license
  • Previous animal hospital experience
  • Surgery and dentistry experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
