Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. This role involves providing exceptional service to members, operating front-end equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
About the RoleAs a Front End Associate - Member Experience, you will be responsible for greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and mobile retail applications
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
At Sam's Club, we offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for career growth and development.
