Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. This role involves providing exceptional service to members, operating front-end equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Role

As a Front End Associate - Member Experience, you will be responsible for greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and mobile retail applications
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
What We Offer
