Job Summary:

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions. We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Shiner, TX. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising production team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assign work to production team members
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve production methods, equipment, and working conditions
  • Recommend improvements to production processes and procedures
  • Ensure effective team member relations and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Resolve team member issues through problem resolution
  • Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results
  • Work to continuously improve in all areas

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, night shift role in our Shiner, TX plant, with standard hours of 6PM – 4:30AM. Daily overtime and weekend support is required as business needs dictate.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production environment with progressive leadership experience
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a production environment preferred
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred
  • Manufacturing/industry experience preferred
