We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Residence at Sellecks Woods, a community of LCB Senior Living, LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean residents' rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
  • Empty wastebaskets and replace bags.
  • Dusting and polishing all surfaces.
  • Cleaning carpets, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
  • Maintaining housekeeping carts in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Assisting with general housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Attending required in-service training and orientations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks.
  • Good physical and mental health.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Working Conditions:

As a Housekeeper, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. You will be exposed to cleaning chemicals and may be subject to potential exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
