**Job Summary:**
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about investigation and wants to start their career in the insurance industry. As a Lead Investigator, you will work closely with our experienced investigators to gather evidence and build cases against individuals or organizations suspected of insurance fraud.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Case Preparation: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential suspects and plan investigative strategies.
  • Field Surveillance: Conduct covert surveillance to gather evidence and document activities of suspects.
  • Report Writing: Write detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for further action.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized case files, including all documentation and evidence collected during investigations.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share information and coordinate efforts.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Driver's License: Active driver's license that is not currently suspended or revoked.
  • Personal Vehicle: A well-maintained vehicle with tinted windows, preferably with a reliable laptop and cell phone.
  • Travel Expectations: Occasional travel within a reasonable drive of your residence may be required, with occasional overnight stays covered by the company.
  • Technology: Strong computer skills, internet proficiency, and excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Dedicated Days Off: Consistent 2 days off each week (between Monday-Thursday), based on personal preference.
  • Health Insurance/Retirement: Medical, Dental Vision, Life/Disability Insurance + 401k benefits.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Most surveillance cases start at 6:00AM, with end times varying depending on activity and work hours ranging from 3-12 hours.
  • Weekends/holidays are common workdays due to claimants' increased activity.
  • This is an independent role requiring long hours alone in your vehicle, regardless of weather conditions.
  • You must remain alert with no external distractions, ready to use videography equipment to document subjects.
