About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Cheltenham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our quick-service restaurant, providing exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 90+ team members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement new policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a work environment that ensures food safety and quality assurance standards are met, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products.
  • Scheduling and Labor Management: Develop and implement effective scheduling and labor management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
  • Guest Experience: Provide high-quality guest experiences, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on the current and future state of the store, and communicating effectively with the Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or similar environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and the Leadership Team.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A Values: A passion for Chick-fil-A values, including a commitment to customer satisfaction, team member development, and community involvement.
