Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing insulation and other building envelope materials in accordance with company standards and manufacturer's specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate materials and equipment are on hand to complete jobs efficiently.
• Drive to and from job sites, unload materials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Install expansion joints, metal framing, spray foam, firestopping, architectural caulking, or weather barriers as required.
• Conduct quality control checks and correct any errors or defects.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions or incidents.

Requirements:

• Valid AZ driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift over 75lbs, read a tape measure, and work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, and aerial lifts.
• Working knowledge of expansion joint application is preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Regular attendance is mandatory.
