Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Aviation and Land Development projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-profile Aviation and Land Development projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Aviation and Land Development
  • PE license required, with reciprocity in 3 months acceptable
  • Strong business development and marketing skills, including proposal writing and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
