Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing one-on-one care and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Accurately document client progress, interventions, and evaluations, utilizing electronic health records.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arizona.
  • One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
