Salon Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Leader to join our team at Regis Corporate. As a Salon Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including operations, leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage salon operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of stylists and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor and control salon expenses, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Collaborate with other salon leaders and corporate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a salon or retail environment.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
