As a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, you will tackle a diverse array of complex legal challenges, including intricate commercial disputes, class action lawsuits, and securities litigation.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage a variety of commercial litigation cases, including drafting and presenting motions, overseeing discovery processes, and formulating case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court or before regulatory bodies, presenting evidence to advocate for clients or pursue claims against defendants in civil matters.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as drafting and reviewing discovery requests and responses.
  • Work in partnership with clients and senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies tailored to individual cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to guide clients on suitable legal actions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney role should possess:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admission to the California Bar.

2-8 years of experience in commercial litigation is required.


  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting motions and legal documents.
  • Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and communication abilities.
