Dishwasher Specialist

We are a reputable hospitality establishment seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen.

$12-$15 per hour

This role is responsible for ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glasses are cleaned and sanitized by hand or using dishwashers. Additionally, you will be responsible for storing clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in designated storage areas, restocking serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils, and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers.
• Properly store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in designated storage areas.
• Restock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Clean trash receptacles using water or steam.
• Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area as needed.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing food for cooking and/or serving as directed.

• Ability to follow directions and understand restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence.
• Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.

• Previous restaurant experience.
