Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and communicating with team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement selected components of patient interventions, obtain data, and make modifications as directed by the physical therapist.
  • Provide quality physical therapy services, including implementation of the treatment plan established by the patient's physical therapist.
  • Produce accurate, relevant, and timely documentation based on the physical therapist's prescribed course of treatment.
  • Communicate patient treatment progression, changes of treatment, and recommended medical follow-up when necessary to team members.
  • Educate and counsel patients regarding issues related to treatment and goal(s), safety risks, and/or other issues within scope of practice.
  • Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
  • Current State Physical Therapist Assistant License.
  • Current CPR certification.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • A generous accrual of up to 15 days of PTO (sick and vacation time).
