Ensure compliance with OASAS regulations and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong documentation and time management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, promoting patient engagement and empowerment
- Perform admission assessments, developing tailored treatment plans to address patient needs
- Develop and implement case management strategies, ensuring seamless transitions between levels of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to OASAS standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in substance use counseling or a related field
- CASAC, CASAC-A, CASAC 2, CASAC-M licensure
