**Job Summary**

Network Health is seeking a skilled Configuration and Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating business needs into configuration rules, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Configuration and Quality Assurance:**
    • Comply with and apply standard practices in QNXT, EAM, NetworX Optum PPS, and Rate Manager systems to maintain data accuracy and ensure service level agreements are met.
    • Ensure configuration desk-level procedure requirements and tasks are followed and completed within applicable SLAs on a timely basis.
  • **Analysis and Troubleshooting:**
    • Assist with analysis of applicable code publications, internal policies, and best practices to assess and respond to their impact on configuration and related system processes.
    • Collaborate with peers to resolve issues, errors, or referrals related to configuration and application to business flows, and engage in resolution to a positive outcome.
  • **Testing and Quality Assurance:**
    • Follow testing plans and protocols established to configure changes in the system, engage in peer review processes, and bring changes through advisory boards prior to production.
    • Document and update all testing results relating to test plans and scripts within the department's desk procedures.
  • **Technical Expertise:**
    • Exposure to SQL and understanding of requesting to run queries, test, and support reconfiguration for any product upgrades, system upgrades, and business requirements.
    • Collaborate with business partners to provide cross-functional analysis of proposed functionality and testing across applications/systems.
    • Troubleshoot issues relevant to user security and information flow across applications/systems.
  • **Claim Edit Codes:**
    • Review, update, and delete claim edit codes in accordance with governmental agencies and department standards.
  • **Additional Responsibilities:**
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Associate degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years' experience with QNXT, other Cognizant products, or Optum Products as a subject matter expert system user or background in configuration for similar database-structured systems in health or another industry.
  • Depending on the functional team, the role may require 2+ years of experience coding or 2+ years working with provider contracts or payments.

**Note:** This role requires a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days of in-office work per week.
