As an Experienced Construction Specialist, you play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of restoration and emergency recovery services when subcontractors are unavailable, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship on projects for First Onsite clients.

Your responsibilities include assisting with administrative duties such as daily field reports, crew documentation, and expense tracking for various projects. You also engage in hands-on work, which encompasses tasks from painting and drywall installation to applying textures and finishing both interior and exterior surfaces.

You serve as the backbone for construction, renovation, and demolition sites, and may also be involved in mitigation efforts, including water removal, mold cleanup, emergency boarding, or roof tarping.

Whether it’s loading and unloading materials, machinery, and tools, or preparing and cleaning work areas, you prioritize safety and adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations at all times.

Your willingness to assist the team whenever necessary is commendable, as you are open to travel and available for emergency calls, including after-hours and weekends.

By providing a positive experience to clients during challenging times, your dedicated efforts ensure that First Onsite remains their trusted restoration partner.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum:
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Fundamental ability to operate industry-specific tools and equipment
- Intermediate communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and clients
- Possession of a basic set of tools
- Capability to obtain a Water Mitigation Certificate within one year
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to thrive in a busy, service-oriented team under pressure to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Availability for overtime, weekends, and 24/7 response
- Willingness to work at disaster sites and in potentially hazardous environments.

Travel may be required.
