We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Marvin. As a key member of our production staff, you'll play a critical role in helping us create better ways of living through the design and manufacturing of premier windows and doors.

**Job Overview:**
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling products using various tools and equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw. You will also communicate clearly with your team members to ensure efficient workflow and complete tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble products using various tools and equipment, such as automated machinery and hand tools;
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth production flow and address any issues that arise;
  • Read visual and written instructions on computer screens to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines;
  • Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earning potential.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred;
  • Select a schedule that works for your life, with guaranteed pay increases after six months;
  • Mandatory overtime may be required for certain shifts.
