Experienced Client Services Manager Wanted

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a skilled Client Services Manager for our Independence, OH office. This dynamic role offers an exciting career opportunity in the growing home healthcare industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in medical offices or home care settings is preferred
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to take on increased responsibility and achieve goals
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide superior customer service to clients and referral sources
  2. Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues efficiently
  3. Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring key metrics (admissions, percentage of Medicare patients, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
  4. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
