Lead Our Sales Team to Success

VIRELLA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with existing clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Manage daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
