About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of IR procedures, utilizing knowledge and skills for age-specific factors necessary to ensure safe and effective care for patients of all ages.
  • Utilize proper positioning criteria and technical exposure factors to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
  • Assist physicians with sterile procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring aseptic techniques are observed.
  • Provide safe care and processing of patients, ranging from newborn to geriatric.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered Technologist (RT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
