Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Montefiore Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing complex imaging studies and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI and CT scans, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnoses
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and safety protocols
  • Operate imaging equipment, including MRI and CT scanners
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current ARRT certification and licensure in the State of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MRI or CT scanning
  • Knowledge of imaging equipment and software, including PACS and Epic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
