POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Land Financing Specialist is to support the Land and Executive Management teams in making strategic decisions regarding the funding of potential land purchases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor the schedule of forthcoming land transactions, providing senior management with a comprehensive overview. Develop and maintain intricate models related to land financing frameworks and lot tracking. Compile and coordinate relevant data on sales comparisons, demographics, competitive products, entitlements, market dynamics, and other factors pertinent to a project's feasibility. Engage with investors during their due diligence and evaluation of potential projects. Deliver periodic reporting to financial stakeholders and internal teams. Maintain projections regarding land acquisition expenditures for the relevant internal departments. Additional responsibilities may include involvement with Bonds, Letters of Credit, and contract analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (Finance and Real Estate preferred) Outstanding communication abilities – both written and verbal Comfortable presenting concepts and solutions to leadership and key business stakeholders Keen attention to detail Strong organizational and time management capabilities Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
