  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
    • Ensure effective workflow and management of the therapy areas, including Inpatient, Acute Rehabilitation Unit, and Outpatient Clinics.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and rehabilitation services.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of rehabilitation services.
  • Employee Development and Training
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for rehabilitation staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Budget Management and Financial Planning
    • Manage the fiscal responsibility of the Rehabilitation Services Department.
    • Develop and implement budget plans to ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.
  • Experience
    • Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.
    • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Licensed to practice Physical, Occupational, or Speech therapy in the state of Iowa.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
