About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Community Living Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all physical structures, meeting safety standards, and ensuring a well-maintained living environment for community members, visitors, and team members.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the community's show quality by daily inspecting all areas.
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve housekeeping issues in a timely manner.
  • Cleaning duties may include sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors; vacuuming carpets, rugs, draperies; dusting/polishing fixtures and fittings; cleaning metal fixtures and fittings; disposing of trash in a sanitary manner; washing windows; breaking down boxes; watering plants.
  • Assist in the make-ready process by cleaning, inspecting, and ensuring all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean work area, inventory of cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Prior experience working in a similar role or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
