Job Summary
The Hydraulic Assembly/Disassembly role is responsible for rebuilding and repairing hydraulic cylinders using various tools and equipment. This individual will maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal and external parts of hydraulic components and remain familiar with how they work and operate.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including an employer-sponsored pension plan, three different health insurance options, flexible spending account, dental and vision insurance, credit union access, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability. Our employees also receive company-provided uniforms and continued technical and professional training.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in a heavy equipment repair shop environment. Related pump or cylinder shop experience is preferred. You should have strong organizational skills, ability to work individually and with a team, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
