Position Summary:
Colliers Engineering & Design is in search of a Project Management Assistant. The chosen candidate will leverage their leadership and engineering expertise to execute design assignments and oversee support personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster effective communication with colleagues, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail with superior analytical and judgment skills.
• Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site/civil land development or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with public works projects is advantageous.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is preferred.
• Understanding of local, county, and state land use regulations and processes.
• Proficient in technical aspects of stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading, and other site development-related designs.
• Proven skills in Civil 3D with the ability to design site layouts from concept to completion.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English for job-related communications and instructions.
