Dental Hygienist Position

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our dental practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental hygiene services, including cleaning, examining, and educating patients on proper oral health techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and examinations to patients of all ages
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members to ensure seamless care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care
Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in Texas
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
