Janitorial Associate

As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores provide a clean and safe environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the store, from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving area. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment, which includes maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.

At Walmart, we offer a competitive hourly wage, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums, which can range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
