Role Summary: The General Maintenance Department at Toyota is in search of a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician. This role focuses on the preventative upkeep of both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with established standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive starting hourly wage of $44.20.
• Additional $1.50 hourly shift premium for evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting production, quality, cost, and safety objectives within the manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Fabricating and machining components for equipment repairs and modifications.
• Programming and troubleshooting PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics.
• Conducting effective troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.
• Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a relevant field with at least one year of industrial maintenance experience, or three years of military or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Technical expertise in PLCs, information technology, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding, and machining.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical degree or certification in electrical studies.
• Documentation of a state Journeyman's Electrical License.
• Experience with robotics repair and maintenance.
