Key Responsibilities
Conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), along with subsurface investigations, remediation efforts, and other relevant project tasks.
Oversee Phase I/II due diligence assessments, which include groundwater and soil sampling, and the preparation of technical reports with remediation recommendations as necessary.
Supervise field personnel and subcontractors engaged in site investigation and remediation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to project deliverables, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate closely with senior management to coordinate work activities, ensuring milestones, budgetary limits, deadlines, and other performance metrics are achieved.
Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive final reports in compliance with regulations, applicable guidelines, and internal quality control standards.
