We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orange County, CA. As a member of our Indirect Auto department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • Manage refunds for cancelled Aftermarket Products and follow-up on Aged Unperfected Titles.
  • Pull, generate, and update reports and logs to track progress.
  • Communicate with Product Administrators, Dealers, DMVs, and internal teams as needed.
  • Provide excellent reception desk support and assist with various tasks.
What We Look For:
  • 1+ years of office clerical administration experience.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
  • Tech-savviness in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.
  • DMV or indirect auto servicing experience is a plus.
