The Child Care Attendant is a vital member of our team at Invited, a dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry. Located in Wake Forest, North Carolina, we are committed to building relationships and enriching the lives of our members, guests, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care.
- Create a fun and engaging play environment that promotes learning and development.
- Develop and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of young children.
- Collaborate with the Activities Director to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Exercise leadership skills in the absence of the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months experience working with children in a childcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
