Job Summary and Qualifications
">We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients.

- You will prepare and dispense medications safely and accurately.">
- You will provide drug information to patients and families.">
- You will issue controlled substances to patient care areas and maintain records as required by law and corporate policies and procedures.">
- You will lead committees responsible for medication-related policies and procedures.">
- You will serve as a mentor to pharmacy students, residents, and colleagues in a manner that fosters highly professional pharmaceutical care and high personal standards of integrity.">
- You will work with physicians to monitor medication therapy for contraindications, interactions, allergies, and appropriate drug and dose.">

">HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. - B.S. or Pharm D. degree in Pharmacy Required">
- Graduate of an accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency program is required.">
- Graduate of an accredited PGY-2 pharmacy residency program is preferred.">
- 5+ years of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.">
- Maintains current pharmacist licensure, with the state board of pharmacy, is required.">
- Pharmacist Board Certification is required.">
