This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. As a Car Wash Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the car wash process are running smoothly.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of your work, ensuring the well-being of Team Members, customers, and products.
- Direct patrons to the entrance of the wash station and guide automobiles onto the wheel track of the automatic mechanism.
- Activate the wash mechanism and observe its operation to detect any equipment malfunctions.
- Hand finish cars as needed to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Hose down the concrete area of the car wash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in providing value-added services such as vehicle prepping to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure car wash uptime expectations are met.
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, floors, interior, and exterior car wash and vacuum areas to meet safety and sanitation regulations.
- Keep the car wash area safe and clean by sweeping up debris, shoveling snow, and salting as needed.
- Clean windows on the car wash building to maintain a visually appealing environment.
- Troubleshoot car wash problems and resolve them under the guidance of the service center.
Requirements
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
- Education Desired: No High School diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
