Job Overview

Arm is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the integration of horizontal technologies such as CPU, GPU, and System-on-Chip (SOC). As a key member of the Solution Engineering team, you will drive the successful delivery of high-performance technology subsystems, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Project execution and collaboration with Central Engineering technology leads, Solution Engineering technology development, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
  • Drive the program from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely milestone deliveries and managing technical tradeoffs to achieve optimal Performance, Power, and Area (PPA).
  • Manage key quality metrics, including design reviews and checklist reviews to ensure design quality, and timely resolution of change requests.
Requirements
  • Expert domain design knowledge in IP technology.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, power and performance benchmarks in pre- and post-silicon environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOC design principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Integration, design verification, and implementation experience in high-performance CPU, GPU, and SOC designs.
  • Experience with chassis element designs, such as interconnect, peripheral, power management, security, safety, and power delivery networks.
