About the Role
At Elvia Solis - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales and Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • POLICY MANAGEMENT: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
  • CLIENT EDUCATION: Educate clients about their insurance options, coverage, and benefits. Help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
  • DOCUMENTATION: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Update client information and policy details as needed.

Key Qualifications:
  • BILINGUAL PROFICIENCY: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • DETAIL-ORIENTED: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
