Job Summary

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by washing dishes, pots, and pans, and ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans using assigned equipment and procedures
  • Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels
  • Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
  • Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Help load and unload supplies and product
