Job SummaryThis Patient Care Specialist position involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with communication impairments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to interpret complex information, and demonstrate excellent discretion and judgment in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to inform clinical decisions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory standards
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Registration as a Speech/Language Pathologist with the relevant state licensing authority
- Current Texas State Driver License and auto insurance
- Completion of a CPR certification program
